However, we do understand that when worn everyday, overtime different materials can react with the jewelry and cause discoloration. Therefore, we are happy to offer a 1 year guarantee for gold-filled jewelry items! Please email us at chainsbykc@gmail.com with a picture of your item and your digital receipt to proceed.

In the unlikely event that it arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving the items to chainsbykc@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Unless damaged, all orders are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
