How do I place an order?
Do you currently ship internationally?
We only offer domestic delivery (in Maputo) through the website. However, feel free to reach out at chainsbykc@gmail.com and if possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How do I know my order has been confirmed and when will I receive it?
Please note that many of our products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it should be confirmed within 1-2 days. A confirmation email will be sent out and the order should be ready for pickup/delivery within 1- 2 days. If an item is in stock, the order will be confirmed immediately and will be ready for pickup on the same day.
By KC delivers only within the city of Maputo for a fee of MZN 200. Free delivery is available for orders over MZN 5.000.
How do I place a custom order?
If you are interested in placing a custom or rush order please email the style name and details to chainsbykc@gmail.com along with the date by which you would like to receive it.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment online by bank transfer, M-Pesa and PayPal. Payment can also be made in cash prior to order pickup/delivery.
Gift cards can only be used on chainsbykc.com and expire 2 weeks from issue date.
Discounts:
- Discounts can be applied to your order during checkout using any Discount Code that was given to you.
- We cannot apply a discount code to an order placed before the Discount Code became valid. Discount Codes cannot be combined, and they do not apply to Gift Card purchases.

All orders are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. We stand by the quality of our product, so in the unlikely event that it arrives damaged, please reach out immediately to chainsbykc@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How do I take care of my By KC jewelry?
By KC items that are gold-plated are delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To keep your jewelry looking pristine, please follow these tips:
- Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as - showering, lotion, perfume, exercise, washing dishes, swimming, etc.
- Before bedtime, lay your jewelry fabric surface to avoid tangling and/or scratching.
- To fully remove tarnish and any stains on your silver or plated jewelry, we recommend using any anti-tarnish silver polish. Be sure to follow the instructions on the bottle and to wear gloves when working with silver polish.
Can I shower with my gold-plated jewelry?
Yes you can! However, we do recommend that you remove your jewelry before any daily rituals and activities to keep your items looking pristine!
