Orders & Confirmation
Please note that many of our products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it should be confirmed within 3-5 business days.
If you are interested in placing a custom or rush order:
- Please email the style name and details to chainsbykc@gmail.com along with the date by which you would like to receive it.
We will let you know right away if a rush option and overnight shipping is available. Please note that there will be an extra charge for rush items.
Order Processing
Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to process. You will be notified when your order has been shipped out along with a tracking number. Please account for ample time when placing an order as processing time may be subject to changes and may be longer during the holidays.
Shipping to Portugal
We offer free shipping to all of Portugal for orders over €75, otherwise standard shipping is €5.
Shipping to the Rest of Europe
We offer free shipping to the rest of Europe for orders over €100, otherwise standard shipping is €10.
Shipping to the USA
We offer free shipping to the US for orders over $150, otherwise standard shipping is $25.
